The young girl of eighteen years of age sauntered into the bar area, a sigh escaped her parted rosens. Blond && black curly locks swayed just past her shoulder as she walked. She had just moved here from the city, and boy, things were way different. She sat at the bar, ordering a drink. She was relieved when not asked for her ID, since she was too young to be drinking. She sipped at the beer, listening to the country tunes that were playing. She observed all the couples, and the singles as well without much interest, all the while sipping her drink. She was once a partier, well was in Massachusetts, but she wasn't in the mood. She herself was dressed in jeans, cowboy boots, and a blouse. She wasn't totally into looking country just yet, so no cowboy hat was worn over her curly tresses. She ran a hand threw her hair, making it look more natural and less messy. She was lonely, that was certain, but she didn't care at the moment. Her being quiet was obviously not herself, but she didn't care. The country politeness had rubbed off on her slightly, but it still was a little rough. She was still learning, but she was a quick learner. Though piss her off and feel her wreath. Crania shook slightly to rid some of the loose locks that fell in her line of vision, so her hazel eyes were once more visable to all as she continued to look around, sipping at the beer quietly.

A bunch of his rodeo friends had followed him back from Tulsa and Andy knew he was in for a long, fun night. As soon as they'd stowed their gear, his buddies had asked for directions for the nearest bar. They were all already borderline drunk from the cooler that had been full at the beginning of the drive that morning and had been refilled twice at gas stations. Andy was a little buzzed himself, but less than the rest since he'd been driving. At the house, he'd changed out of his dusty rodeo clothes and into more normal range clothes, a torn pair of blue jeans, scuffed brown cowboy boots, and a fairly new blue checked shirt. He and his friends plowed into the room and made their way straight to the bar, laughing loudly as one of them reminded everyone about how one of them had not so gracefully come off a bull at the last rodeo.
Andy was laughing and grinning along with the rest of them as he jostled his way to the bar. He cursed as one of his friends shoved him and he bumped into a girl he hadn't noticed earlier. He was grinning under his black cowboy hat. "Sorry ma'am, Jeb hasn't exactly learned how to walk straight." He punched his buddy in the arm and ordered a beer along with everyone else.

She had been merely sitting at the bar. She had heard the group of rowdy guys come in, but didn't really look at them. But at the sudden impact from the male, she was quite startled. She didn't say anything, but glared at the male silently. She listened to him as he spoke. Seers rolled. [[Whatever]] she spoke, glaring at him silently before looking away. She wasn't in the mood to deal with some drunk cowboys. Lucky for her, she had just placed her beer on the counter, so it hadn't spilled on her. She turned her back to the group with irritation.

Andy was one of the more laid back of the group, or maybe it was just because he hadn't had quite as much to drink as the other guys had. "Come on, let me buy ya a drink. No harm meant." He gave her a grin that many girls had found hard to resist. He could understand her being pissed, which was why he was making the peace offering. He usually had enough luck with the ladies for them to be buying him drinks.

She barely looked at him for a long, long while after he spoke. Finally, she shifted her body to look at him. Hazel gaze watched him levely for a long while before she nodded. [[Fine. If you must]] she smirked, brow rose. She watched him flash his smile. She knew he had probably done this to many girls before. Many probably found it irrisistable. She had to admit, it did appear..what was the word...not irrisistable..cute maybe? But she didn't want him to know that one smile was going to soften her. Nope. Far from it. She wasn't that easy. Optics pretended to roll. Sure she was young, but she knew a lot, even at age eighteen. She finished her drink that she had had before, gazing at him with a cool, calm, and collected expression.

Andy had been about to write it off as a good try and get back to his buddies when she finally responded to him. He gave her another smile and gestured to the bartender. "Well don't sound so enthusiastic about it." Andy wasn't really a player, well, not often, he just liked to flirt. He took another gulp of his beer and just shook his head, grinning, when his buddies urged him to come play pool. Poker he was okay at, but he'd never been much good at pool, especially when his hands weren't all that steady at the moment. "I'm Andy and you must be new because I grew up in this little one horse town and I don't forget a pretty face."

She took the drink that the bartender gave her. [[Thanks, I suppose]] she spoke to him levely. She listened to him with a smirk. [[I'm Lena. So what if I am new?]] she challenged. [[I'm from Massachusetts, just moved here..]] she spoke with a simple nod. [[Just to let you know, you just bought a drink for an underaged girl]] she smirked in amusement as she downed the drink, placing the glass on the counter, hazel visions glanced toward his buddies. [[Go. Leave the "pretty face" new girl here alone]] she mimicked what he had said before. She wasn't the type to be friendly so quickly. You had to earn her trust.

Andy ordered another beer for himself and took a sip. He shrugged. "When you've been in this little place as long as I have, you'll realize how rare strangers are. I've been gone for a couple months, just curious." Massachsetts. Heard of it, had never been there. The only places he'd been too had been because of rodeos. He leaned in closer to her. "Just to let you know, an underage guy just bought you a drink." Everybody in town knew everybody and the bartender had been his baseball coach in middle school, but people were lax about that kind of thing around here. "Aw, I'll just go over there and lose my money. I'd rather sit here with a pretty face."

She shrugged. [[Doesn't matter anyway. I don't care at a mere eighteen. Don't think any teen cares]] she spoke. She eyed him skeptically as he spoke this "pretty face" business again, and chuckled. [[Okay. Whatever floats your boat]] she spoke with another shrug. She watched as the bartender re-filled the glass, and she returned to sipping at it quietly. Her loose curly locks were pushed from her hazel eyes as attention glanced around at one couple getting hot and heavy, then another slxty girl pulling her skirt up to every guy that walked by. She shook her head in annoyance as she looked back to the counter.
